Job Description
EE Wine, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide prompt and courteous customer service. This role involves ringing up sales, handling money, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting with inventory. The company is a family-owned business operating a fleet of vehicles and supplying heating oil and other petroleum products.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Perform the four basic arithmetic operations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient with a telephone, cash register, fuel console, money order machine, microwave, grill, nacho machine, coffee grinder, etc.
- Ability to properly handle and use cloth, paper, plastic, glass, rubber, liquids, cleaning solvents, etc.
