E-INFRA Group is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead HR processes across 5 companies, driving employee engagement, retention, and performance. The role involves developing teams, enhancing performance, and implementing HR strategy.
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, HRCI) are considered an advantage
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, including at least 5 years in leading HR teams across multiple functional areas
- Proven experience in dynamic, technical, or industrial environments (e.g., energy, infrastructure, manufacturing) is highly desirable
- Experience in managing geographically distributed HR teams
- Solid knowledge of labor legislation, payroll, and HR best practices
- Demonstrated experience in structuring HR processes and driving HR digital transformation initiatives
- Strong functional leadership skills, with a strategic mindset, hands-on approach, and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Availability for occasional travel to company sites
- Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken)
