Job Description
E-INFRA is looking for a Support Recovery Creator to join Nova Power & Gas company. Responsibilities include monitoring debts, collecting and recovering amounts owed, and negotiating payment plans.
Requirements
- High school/ university graduate
- Knowledge of MS Office: Outlook
- Previous experience in debt recovery
- Experience in communicating and managing interpersonal relationships
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and demanding environment
