Job Description
The Associate Manager, Category Sourcing is responsible for developing and implementing category sourcing strategies to optimize cost and increase perceived value. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing supplier relationships, identifying opportunities for innovation, and assessing supplier performance to mitigate risks and protect company profits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above; MBA is a plus.
- Excellent English level.
- 5+ years of strategic or commodity sourcing experience in FMCG multi-national corporation.
- Experience developing Category Sourcing Strategy.
- Experience with Raw Material.
- Experience developing overseas supplier base.
- Proven project management skills and influence skills.
