e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Product Development Coordinator to support the Product Development team for their rhode brand. The role involves managing and maintaining documentation, samples, and tracking systems while assisting with new product launches, reformulations, and ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 year of experience in product development within the beauty industry.
• Passionate about the beauty industry and market trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly.
