Corporate Counsel

e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join their dynamic, high-growth beauty company and provide legal advice and support to all aspects of the e.l.f. Beauty business. The role will collaborate across the entire organization and support cross-functional teams. Proximity to one of the company's offices in Oakland, CA or New York, NY is preferred, but remote candidates are also considered.

Requirements

• J.D. degree with an active law license and a current member of a state bar
• 5+ years of law firm and/or in-house counsel experience
• Sound legal and business judgment
• Ability to build strong collaborative relationships across departments and team members
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, take ownership of assignments, and adhere to deadlines
