Manager, Category Sourcing

Proactively identify category opportunities and business needs to build Category Sourcing Strategy. Develop and implement Category Sourcing Strategy as a guideline of entire supply chain. Deploy proactive supplier management to mitigate risk and continuously improve supplier pool's capability and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 7+ years of strategic or commodity sourcing experience in FMCG multi-national corporation
• Excellent English level
• Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and influence skills with suppliers
• Good capability to manage complexity and with knowledge on problem solving, strategic thinking
