e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a Manager, Sales, Naturium, International to drive commercial performance across international retailers, delivering revenue, margin, and distribution targets in line with the agreed international strategy.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience working in Sales within Beauty Industry
• Experience of working with Boots and in Skincare is an advantage
• Strong business acumen and financial ability
• Value integrity, personal responsibility, and entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Team-oriented, responsive, passion to succeed
• Strong sales, influence, and collaboration skills
• Analytically minded
• Passion for digital and driving omnichannel sales strategy
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
