Senior Analyst, Sustainability

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sustainability to support the growth of their sustainability team in India. The role will involve data collection, reporting, peer benchmarking, research, and systems management to advance global sustainability and climate programs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sustainability, environmental science, ESG data tracking, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
• Advanced Excel modeling and analysis skills
• GHG inventory, carbon accounting, and sustainability reporting frameworks knowledge
• Cross-functional team collaboration skills
