Sr. Packaging Designer

We are seeking a Sr. Packaging Designer to design unique and disruptive packaging for our e.l.f. beauty brands. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in package development, preferably in prestige beauty, and strong knowledge of beauty trends, manufacturing processes, and sustainability best practices.

Requirements

• Develop cost-efficient packaging while maintaining technical accuracy and design aesthetics
• Strong knowledge of beauty trends to create thumb-stopping designs
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials, including plastic and glass component production
• Maintain harmonized packaging design principles
• Drive company-wide environmental initiatives
