Job Description
e.l.f. Cosmetics is seeking a Summer Intern, Influencer & Content Creation to support creator relationship operations, campaign planning, and event activation across our influencer ecosystem.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internship
- Must be available for the full internship period: June 1 - August 28
- Proficient in deck creation (PowerPoint or Google Slides) and list management tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or Airtable)
- Demonstrated interest in the creator economy through personal content creation, creator community engagement, or relevant coursework
- Comfortable interacting with influencers and VIP talent in professional settings
- Available for in-office work in Los Angeles at least three days per week, with flexibility based on team needs and event dates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and personalization
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Enthusiasm for the beauty industry and cultural fluency across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
