Job Description
e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a Summer Intern, Marketing Insights to support consumer and market research efforts across the beauty industry, analyzing consumer behavior, tracking emerging trends, and translating data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internship
- Must be available for the full internship period: June 1st - August 28th
- Pursuing a degree in Market Research, Consumer Behavior, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis (pivot tables, functions, visualizations; macros a plus)
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as SQL and SPSS
- Experience using PowerPoint and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present insights clearly
- Detail-oriented and execution-focused with a high standard of accuracy
- Self-motivated, organized, curious, and collaborative
- Passion for data, analytics, and understanding the beauty consumer
