We are seeking a Business Development & Growth Manager to drive growth within the energy sector, identify and secure new business opportunities, build strong customer and partner relationships, and deliver revenue growth through innovative energy propositions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales/commercial targets
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
• Commercial and financial acumen - ability to structure and evaluate business deals
• Knowledge of solutions, EV charging or energy retail propositions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
