Job Description
The Proposition Lead supports the design, development, and delivery of customer propositions across the New Build and Energy as a Service sectors.
Requirements
- Contribute to the development and delivery of propositions, from concept through to launch and in-life optimisation.
- Support proposition managers with business case development, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Draft proposition requirements and work with operations, digital, technology, and delivery partners to bring solutions to market.
- Monitor performance of live propositions (adoption, usage, margin, CX, NPS) and recommend improvements.
- Ensure propositions are aligned with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and company strategy.
- Contribute to the design of customer journeys and experiences, ensuring simplicity and accessibility.
- Work across multiple proposition areas as resource demand shifts.
