Job Description
E.ON Česká republika is seeking a Data Engineering Team Lead to join their Data & Analytics team. The successful candidate will lead a team of data engineers, develop a data transformation strategy, and be responsible for the technical direction of the data platform.
Requirements
- Leading and developing a team of data engineers
- Setting technical standards and governance
- Defining the technical strategy and long-term vision of the overall data ecosystem
- Managing data migration from the current data warehouse to the newly created Databricks platform
- Defining and implementing best practices in data engineering
- Communicating with senior management and business stakeholders
