We are looking for a Flexibility Market Innovation Lead to join our E.ON SE team as soon as possible. This role is for someone who combines energy wholesale market literacy, a strong customer orientation, technical knowledge and a builder’s mindset.
Requirements
- Market Activation of Flexibility: Connect market opportunities (e.g., spot, balancing, DSO-flex, imbalance) with platform capabilities and customer offerings.
- Translation Between Domains: Act as the bridge between trading, regional product teams, and platform development.
- Support Proposition Rollout: Collaborate closely with regional teams to design, refine, and scale flexibility-enabled propositions.
