• Ensure compliance with legislative and safety requirements in the assigned area
• Lead a team of managers and specialists
• Collaborate closely with internal partners across the company
• Manage technical data and documentation
• Optimize operational costs and investment expenses
• Represent the company in negotiations with state authorities, municipalities, and key partners
• Ensure the technical condition of equipment in accordance with internal standards
• Implement legislative changes into internal processes
• Expected to introduce innovations and digitalization of processes
• In case of extraordinary events, manage crisis situations and restore operations
