Senior Lead X‑Sell / E.ON Plus Program (m/w/d)

E.ON Energy Germany GmbH is seeking a Senior Lead X-Sell / E.ON Plus Program (m/w/d) to develop and further improve the E.ON Plus program with a focus on new energy propositions. The role involves strategic commercial design, X-Sell strategy, CLV-based control, and end-to-end customer journey design. The successful candidate will work with the Activation Management B2C team to activate existing customers and create added value along the entire customer journey.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in strategic commercial business model development
• Commercial control (KPIs, Business Cases, CLV, X-Sell Logics)
• Analysis and effect (market and customer insights, KPIs, data-based decisions)
