We are seeking a technical customer service representative to join our team at Bayernwerk Netz GmbH. As a regional supply network operator, we ensure energy supply with future-oriented energy networks and solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical inquiries from household customers, connection of facilities for renewable energy, and other tasks.

Requirements

• Completed education in a technical or commercial field, ideally with an electrical engineering education
• Interest in the field of work of Bayernwerk and the topology of a supply network
• Ability to take the perspective of customers and develop efficient solutions
• Sensitivity to topics of occupational safety and health
