E-Space is bridging Earth and space to enable hyper-scaled deployments of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and services. The Technical Program Manager, Software Integration, will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects across focus on tracking schedules, managing documentation, monitoring risk, and reporting progress across various software teams.
Requirements
- Drive planning, scheduling, and tracking for all software development activities (flight software, ground software, test harnesses, simulation tooling, etc.).
- Manage program timelines, milestones, risk registers, and dependencies across multiple engineering groups.
- Support the software integration & test lead by managing coordinating workstreams, task prioritization, and cross-team communication.
- Ensure test artifacts (procedures, test cases, results) remain organized, traceable, and aligned with requirements.
- Track issues found in integration or system testing and coordinate resolution with responsible engineering teams.
- Serve as the central point of communication connective tissue between software, RF systems, spacecraft avionics, mission operations, and hardware teams.
- Facilitate clear communication and regularly update leadership on team status, risks, and blockers.
- Implement lightweight but effective processes for tracking work, versioning, documentation, and verification.
