Job Description
The Project Manager II (Aviation) is responsible for managing the scope, cost, schedule, and operational interfaces of all design and construction related activities for the LAX Replacement Fire Station 51 project. The candidate will assist the Project Manager in ensuring design and construction work meets quality standards while enforcing a strong health, safety, and environmental culture on the project.
Requirements
- 10 years or more experience
- Experience with projects more than $40 million in value
- Experience with Design-Build Delivery and specifically Progressive Design-Build
- Proven ability to perform in a management capacity
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
