Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

We are a multinational company specializing in automated intralogistics solutions. We are looking for a resourceful FP&A Specialist dedicated to the Operations area, with activities primarily in Italy.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or similar roles, preferably in multinational contexts
• Degree in Economics, Engineering Management, or related fields
• Knowledge of English (B2); any knowledge of a second language will be considered an asset
• Experience in production cost analysis, with a deep understanding of production processes and technologies used
• Ability to analyze complex data and draw significant conclusions
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data and provide strategic economic and financial guidance
