Requirements

• Disciplinary and professional management of individual construction teams
• Smooth, quality- and cost-optimized handling of construction projects
• Checking of technical documents, local conditions, and continuous coordination with the respective clients
• Creation of construction documentation, surveys, and obstruction announcements
• Ongoing monitoring of the construction site and construction execution
• Contact person in problem situations
• Supervision and measurement verification of external contractors
• Participation in regular construction meetings
• Other administrative activities
