Contract & Claim Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Contract and Claim Manager to join our team at Ramonat GmbH, a medium-sized, owner-managed family business on a growth course. As a leading service provider in the field of high-voltage cable logistics, laying, and mounting, we need someone to analyze contracts, provide professional advice, and support on contract-related matters.

Requirements

• Analyze contracts in terms of risks, opportunities, penalties, contractual fines, and liability
• Provide professional advice and support on contract-related matters
• Responsible for up to 3 orders depending on the order size and the specific requirements
• Work closely with project management, construction management, and/or lawyers
• Prepare, document, transmit, and negotiate additional services
• Examine, prepare, document, transmit, and enforce contractual claims
• Bring contract amendments to the customer's conclusion
• Create obstacle and concern notifications
• Participate in contract negotiations
