Job Description
Join Our Team as a Case Manager for our Nassau Child Advocacy Center! EAC Network is looking for a dedicated full time Case Manager to support the Youth population and make a real difference in their lives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Forensic Psychology, Behavioral Health or related field
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish spoken and written fluency is preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Must have access to automobile and possess valid NYS driver’s license
