Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Delivery Coordinator to join the team at BYD Essendon on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role plays a critical part in completing the customer journey, ensuring every vehicle handover is smooth, professional, and memorable.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, coordination, or administration roles
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
- Confidence using computer systems and managing data
- Interest in EV technology and the automotive industry
- Current driver’s licence and Australian working rights
