Requirements

• Proven sales experience with rapport building, negotiation, and closing with integrity.
• Sharp discovery skills to unlock better customer outcomes.
• A can-do attitude and team-first approach with energy, resilience, and maturity on the floor.
• Financial Services/F&I experience with consumer & commercial quoting, applications, and insurer/financier liaison.
• Comfort with compliance-driven processes and tech-savvy basics.
• A current driver's licence.
