Service Advisor

We are seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy aftersales team on a permanent full-time basis. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in a similar customer-facing automotive role. The Service Advisor will be responsible for greeting customers, providing estimates and updates, and identifying additional services and products. The role includes participation in a Saturday roster.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• Experience with dealership systems (preferred but not essential)
• A current and valid driver's licence
