Requirements
- Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service, ideally in automotive or service environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy front-of-house setting
- Professional, approachable, and solutions-focused
- Comfortable using computer systems and dealership software
- Current driver’s licence and Australian working rights
