Job Description
Big Rock Toyota is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Warranty Administrator to join our service team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately preparing, submitting, and tracking all warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and dealership procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in warranty administration or dealership service administration
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of automotive service processes and manufacturer systems (desirable)
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Current driver’s licence
- Full Australian work rights
