Workshop Controller Foreman

Reporting to the Service Manager, this Workshop Controller Foreman will coordinate daily workshop workflow, allocate repair orders, and manage priorities to maintain productivity and quality standards in a high-volume workshop.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Foreman or Senior workshop team member within a dealership or automotive service environment
• Proven ability to organise, prioritise and manage workflow in a high-volume workshop
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across technicians, advisors and management
• Current and valid Australian driver’s licence
