Job Description
Eagle Ambulance is hiring FT and PT EMTs for new San Leandro station in Rodeo, CA, offering flexible schedules and opportunities for career advancement. They prioritize patient care and teamwork, with robust training and equipment in the industry. They are also staffing a 10-hr/24-hr unit and a new, 24-hr unit deployment across the Bay Area.
Requirements
- Be a minimum 18 years of age
- Possess a valid California Emergency Medical Technician Card (NREMT not valid to practice in the State of CA)
- Possess a valid California Driver's License
- Possess a valid California Ambulance Driver's License
- Possess a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate
- Possess a valid and current American Heart Associate BLS Provider Card
- Driving Record acceptable
- Current Immunization Records (TB Test within the past year, DTap, Hep B, and MMR)
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry 250 lbs infrequently
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry 150 lbs frequently
- Must have ability to step up and/ or climb over obstacles.
- Must be able to climb stairs while carrying up to 150 lbs
