Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Site Supervisor in the Construction Industry
- Valid Leadership for Safety Excellence (LSE) certificate, Standard First Aid, Fall Protection, and Aerial Work Platform
- Proficient with computers and the ability to learn new software
- Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional time management skills with a strong sense of urgency
- Proven safety record with the ability to maintain safety standards
- Valid Class 5 license, acceptable driver's abstract, with reliable transportation
