Yard Crew Member - Class 1/3

We're seeking a dependable team player with a solid work ethic, able to follow safety protocols, tackle challenges with resilience, and thrive in a culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 or 3 license, acceptable driver’s abstract
• Available to work 10-12 hours/day Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday
• Physically fit with the ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
• Basic understanding of construction, equipment operating, overhead crane operating, and rigging
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to work at heights, up to 16 feet
• Follow instructions working with a team and independently
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Proficient in both verbal and written English communication
