The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of company payroll, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, and supporting payroll operations. This role involves maintaining employee records, administering benefit and tax deductions, and assisting with payroll reporting and reconciliations.
Requirements
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
- 3–5 years of payroll processing experience
- Experience processing multi-state payroll
- Working knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Experience with payroll systems and HRIS platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
