Job Description
EAH Housing is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent I/COS to work at Los Robles, a 140-unit affordable family housing community in Union City, CA. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for marketing and leasing the property, providing resident relations services, and assisting in the re-certification process.
Requirements
- 1+ year of related apartment leasing experience/COS experience
- MS Office knowledge and intermediate skills
- Knowledge of affordable housing
- COS certification preferred
