Contract Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Earli Inc. is seeking a Contract Executive Assistant/Office Manager for a parental leave cover to support the executive team. The role combines high-level executive support with ownership of day-to-day office operations.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 3-6 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, guest liaison at top-level hotel, or similar role
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and stay very organized
• High emotional intelligence, with ability to read the room, build strong relationships, and navigate sensitive situations with discretion
• Strong work ethic
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint
