Job Description
We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer - Digital Assets to lead the design and delivery of cross-border and digital asset-enabled payment platforms. The role requires technical leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and experience with distributed systems, cloud solutions, and digital asset architectures.
Requirements
- Lead design and implementation of core services supporting cross-border payments
- Partner with Product, Architecture, and Security teams
- Influence technical direction and standards for scalable, event-driven payment systems
- Build technical strategy for broad or complex requirements
- Drive all aspects of technical architecture, design, prototyping and implementation
- Provide leadership and technical expertise in support of building a technical plan and backlog of stories
- Collaborate and partner with product managers, designers, and other engineering groups
- Develop and implement tests for ensuring the quality, performance, and scalability of our application
