Job Description
EarnIn is seeking a Product Leader to drive the development and execution of a new product offering. This role involves defining the vision, shaping the product experience, and scaling impactful customer experiences, with a focus on financial flexibility and value creation. The position is hybrid and based in Mountain View, USA.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience at a consumer technology product company
- Strong technical background, ideally with payroll software and financial services experience
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Strong product/design sense and user empathy
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with leadership and stakeholders
- Ability to solve complex problems creatively
