Senior Software Engineer

EarnIn is seeking a Senior Web Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience building 0-to-1 products, designing and implementing scalable architectures, and collaborating closely with Product teams.

Requirements

• Partner with Product and Design to define, build, and evolve user experiences
• Own and evolve the frontend architecture
• Lead the design and implementation of complex frontend systems
• Establish and uphold frontend engineering standards
• Drive cross-team technical initiatives
• Mentor and guide frontend engineers
• Design and implement robust unit, integration, and UI automation tests
• Define and monitor frontend metrics
