Staff Software Engineer

As a Staff Engineer at EarnIn, you will work on business-critical systems that provide real-time and scheduled money transfers, and contribute to the design and development of our backend services. You will drive the design and implementation of new features, collaborate with various teams, and mentor other senior engineers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of development experience
• Expertise in trade-off analysis for distributed architectures
• Proficient in at least one modern programming language
• Familiarity with the clean architecture approach
• Experience with various data storage systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD degree in computer science or a related technical discipline
