Campaign Director

Earth Quaker Action Team (EQAT) is seeking a Campaign Director to lead volunteer teams in executing strategic tactics to advance the campaign. The role involves supervising one another with the Operations Director, developing strategy, partnerships, and storytelling, while also supporting the organization's transition and growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience leading a group of volunteers to engage in strategic nonviolent direct action
• Facility with managing multiple complex projects successfully and experience coaching people to manage their own projects
• Strong written and verbal communicator, especially skilled in helping people to understand the context and power of our work
• Humble leadership, ability to build and/or hold organizational relationships to support a common goal
• Ability to work with a volunteer board and make strategic decisions
