At EarthDaily Analytics, we are seeking a Marketing Events Manager to plan, execute, and measure our global events program. The successful candidate will be responsible for elevating our brand presence, aligning events to core value propositions and messaging, and driving both brand awareness and measurable sales activity.
Requirements
- Develop and manage EarthDaily's annual events calendar, aligning event investments with pipeline goals, brand messaging, core value propositions, and go-to-market priorities
- Ensure all events support brand awareness, recognition, and sales activity outcomes
- Define event objectives, target audiences, KPIs, and budget requirements for each event and present plans to marketing leadership for approval
- Research and evaluate new event opportunities to identify those with the highest strategic value across verticals
- Partner with Sales and Line of Business leaders to ensure events are integrated into broader campaign strategies and regional go-to-market plans
- Manage relationships with external event organizers, exhibit houses, and production vendors to ensure quality delivery within budget and timelines
- Develop and maintain detailed event project plans, run-of-show documents, and post-event checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality execution
- Coordinate speaker submissions, sponsorship deliverables, and content requirements for third-party conferences and trade shows
- Partner with Sales and Line of Business teams to design pre-event, at-event, and post-event engagement programs that drive qualified lead capture and pipeline generation
- Manage event registration and attendee communications, including invitation campaigns, confirmation workflows, and follow-up sequences in HubSpot
- Track event-attributed pipeline and revenue contribution and report results to marketing and sales leadership
- Plan and execute EarthDaily-hosted events including customer roundtables, executive briefings, partner summits, corporate-hosted experiences, and regional field events
- Design attendee experiences that reflect EarthDaily's brand positioning and reinforce relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
- Manage webinar and virtual event production, including platform setup, speaker preparation, live facilitation, and post-event content distribution
- Manage EarthDaily's portfolio of strategic event partnerships, sponsorships, and industry memberships to maximize brand visibility and market positioning
- Identify and pursue relevant awards opportunities that enhance credibility, recognition, and thought leadership
- Own the events budget, tracking all expenditures and ensuring cost-effective use of resources across the program
- Conduct post-event performance reviews, measuring outcomes against defined KPIs including attendance, lead volume, pipeline influence, engagement rates, brand impact, and ROI
