Head Lifeguard responsible for overseeing pools, facilitating a safe and well-run environment, enforcing pool guidelines, leading staff, and managing programming.
Requirements
- Maintains current Red Cross Lifeguarding certification
- Acquires Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor certification within 30 days after hire
- Ability to lead by example
- Time management skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to deal with members' complaints
