Resident Services Coordinator I/II

Requirements

• Bilingual (Cantonese/English) Resident Services Coordinator (RSC I/II)
• Provide individualized support with housing stability, public benefits, employment readiness, and basic financial literacy
• Respond to resident concerns, including mediation, conflict resolution, and crisis support
• Partner with local service providers to ensure culturally appropriate services (e.g., senior programs, food access, wellness programs)
• Coordinate food distribution and connect residents experiencing food insecurity to local food banks
• Develop inclusive resident engagement strategies through one-on-one outreach, resident meetings, and community events
• Facilitate workshops, orientations, and presentations in both English and Cantonese
• Maintain accurate case notes and reporting in EBALDC’s data systems
