Job Description
The Behavioral Health Clinician is responsible for providing clinical behavioral health services to patients within NeighborHealth’s Recovery Services program. The role requires delivering high-quality, person-centered behavioral health care, conducting thorough assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans. The clinician will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, whole-person care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Master’s program in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Current Massachusetts licensure (LMHC, LADC-I, LMFT, LCSW, LICSW, or Licensed Psychologist) or eligible.
- Minimum of two years relevant post-graduate experience, preferably in substance use treatment, counseling, mental health, or community health settings.
