Coordinator, Patient Access

As a customer service expert, you will interact with patients in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner, capturing accurate information to provide a superior customer experience. You will book, cancel, and reschedule appointments, answer phones, and navigate electronic medical records.

Requirements

• HS Diploma/GED
• Minimum of 1 year customer service and/or administrative experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication, judgement and problem solving skills
• Bilingual fluency Spanish/English required
• Knowledge of medical terminology and experience working with electronic medical record technology a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
