High School Substitute Teacher (2026-2027)

As a High School Substitute Teacher with East Harlem Scholars Academies, you will be student-facing the majority of the day, collaborating with your grade team and the instructional leadership team to internalize and develop curriculum, provide high-quality instruction, and create a positive classroom and school culture.

Requirements

• Minimum of three-year's experience in relevant educational positions
• Ability to speak, write, and understand Spanish fluently (preferred)
• High professional and ethical standards
• Experience working with diverse populations of students and communities
• Ability to adapt to school and student needs
