Job Description
Join East Harlem Tutorial Program as an Activity Specialist or Group Leader. Engage students in dynamic lessons, plan activities, and foster creativity in a supportive environment. Requirements include experience working with Elementary and/or Middle School students, teaching skills, and working with diverse populations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working with Elementary and/or Middle School students in an after-school or summer camp setting.
- Experience teaching your selected skill and developing lesson plans for end-of-term projects or performances.
- Experience working with diverse populations of students and communities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to program and student needs, willing to work with any age range from K-8.
- Commitment to continuous improvement through professional development.
Benefits
- Pay rate: $25-30/hr for Activity Specialists, $20-25/hr for Group Leaders
