East Penn Canada is seeking an Account Representative to provide service and sales support to national, regional, and local accounts within their assigned territory. The role involves account management, product delivery, training, and warranty support.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of customer service or account management experience
- Experience within the power storage, automotive, or general industrial manufacturing/distribution sectors is a strong asset
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Solid planning, organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Self-directed, able to work with minimal oversight, and highly results-driven
- High-school diploma or equivalent, with post-secondary education considered an asset
- Experience using a CRM is an asset, with Salesforce experience highly preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
